Pay-on-Delivery Escrow

Pay only for answers. Funds release when a valid answer arrives, and refund automatically when a seller fails.

Money moves only when the result arrives. Every request carries its own escrow, so a buyer never pays for silence.

The lifecycle of one request

  1. Locked. When the agent pays, the amount is held for this request only.
  2. Delivered. The seller returns a valid answer.
  3. Released. The funds go to the seller.

If the seller errors or times out, step 3 becomes a refund to the agent, and the failure is written to the Dispute Log.

What counts as valid

At minimum: a successful response within the timeout. Richer checks per endpoint type are TBD.

Timeouts

Timeout values are TBD.
